How do I return a product for a full refund?

If you try our books or other products and they don’t work out for you, we will issue a no questions asked refund, once we are in receipt of the book in its original condition, for up to 60 days after the date of purchase. Please return your product to:

I have a billing question who do I talk to?

We are unfortunately unable to answer any specific or individual dietary questions at this time and recommend that you consult with your physician for further assistance.

I want to cancel my order

Our normal business hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am until 2pm Mountain Standard Time. ALL orders are shipped out within 24 hours of placing the order, which means that by 10:30 the following morning the orders are sent to our distribution center.
